Raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Frank R. Bush brings more than 25 years of experience in the transportation industry. His deep roots in the community, combined with a strong passion for serving others, inspired him to launch Road Runnerz, LLC in 2022—starting with student transportation services.

What began as a vision to create safe, reliable rides for local youth quickly expanded. In just three years, Frank has grown Road Runnerz into a multi-division company, adding Courier Services and Wheelchair-Accessible Transportation to meet a wider range of community needs across Connecticut.

Frank is widely known and respected in Bridgeport. His leadership reflects the values of accountability, service, and perseverance. While his path to entrepreneurship wasn’t traditional, every step of his journey taught him the discipline, grit, and heart it takes to succeed in business and serve people well.

Today, Frank stands as a role model for young men and boys in his community—proving that with the right mindset and mission, it’s possible to turn challenges into opportunities and build a business that gives back.
